From a 400 BTU simmer to 17,000 BTU’s of sautéing power, the Simmermax 2000 is the most versatile burner ever installed on an outdoor appliance.  The solid brass burner carries a lifetime guarantee and the sealed top makes clean-up as easy as possible.  The internal 400 BTU simmer feature maintains a consistent low temperature, making it easy to hold finished foods and cook delicate dishes like sauces.
